I bought the Roosevelt in GTA Online! It's actually a pretty fun vehicle, it can carry 6 people (4 inside, 2 outside).

The update and compatibility packs came out today.

The vehicle isn't free, though.

$750,000 from Legendary Motorsport.

Also, the Rat Loader is back for free on Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

It's not very fast by any means, and handling isn't the best, but it's really good off road and pretty darn strong, even without armor.

From the GTA Wiki:

'Can be obtained from Legendarymotorsport.net for $750,000. It will only be available in the website for a limited time, however, saved ones will be kept with the player.'
